Apparently
Atreyu are the first rock band to take advantage of the new CDVU+ format. It sounds pretty sweet.
"
The CDVU+ replaces the traditional CD booklet/jewel case with eco-friendly packaging (100% recyclable, 35% post-consumer) while offering an unprecedented amount of content, which is accessed through a weblink that’s triggered when fans put the disc in their computers."
It features most things you'd find on a normal DVD (the actual album, videos, photos, lyrics etc) but it's the
amount of these things they can shove on there that is amazing.
They're touring in Australia in May.

If you're a drunkard like me and fall down a lot, chances are someone caught it on film. What better way to immortalize your awesomeness than by submitting it for the new
Atreyu video, so that everyone else can laugh at your (lack of) co-ordination skills.
It's a pretty cool idea, and a brilliant PR stunt.
Atreyu are accepting submissions surrounding the theme "
Falling Down" to commemorate their new single of the same name. You can do so by submitting artwork, photos or video for the project by going to their buzznet group
here.
As long as it doesn't turn out like a 3min
Australia's Funniest Home Video segment I'll be happy.
